Poor Quality and Cheating from Sony Mobiles

In My Humble Opinion… Today I had the worst experience of my life and the saddest part is that I had it from Sony which I believed to be the Best in quality and service.
I purchased a new ‪#‎XperiaZ3Compact‬ which is considered to be one of the best (Flagship) phone from Sony available in the market today. The new ‪#‎Z3‬ compact is nothing less than a piece of crap from my experience(Make of the phone). Any cheapest Chinese or Korean phone available today in the market is 10 times stronger and reliable than the flagship phone Z3 compact.
I purchased this new #Z3 compact on 14/12 2014. In just one week I noticed a crack on the phone display. No one would even think it could be crack on a 44 k worth phone and I thought it could be a scratch on the scratch guard. I also had the phone protected with a scratch guard and protection panel from Sony.In the second week I noticed air bubbles forming on the display and I had to remove the scratch guard. I was shocked to death noticing the crack on the lower right hard corner on the front display. I was very careful with my phone, never dropped my phone, never hit my phone anywhere. I cant think of any incidents that could have cracked the display. I took the phone to the service centre and the hell starts there. I was informed that display issues are out of warranty and I may have to pay RS:19,000 to replace the phone (Another 19K in just one week to service a 44K worth phone). I tried explaining to the service engineer that the crack was formed by itself. Service engineer replied that there are pressure points on the phone and the display can also gets cracked even if the phone is carried in your jeans pocket. I told him that I cannot afford to pay another 19 K after a week for a phone which is worth almost half a lakh.
I wanted to know the reason for the self cracking screen and went on-line to know the reasons. I was very much shocked to see that the issue is not only with my phone. Self cracking display ‪#‎SonyxperiaZ3compactdisplayselfcracking‬ issue is one of the known issue with Xperia Z series and very common with Z3 compact phones. Below are the links for reference :

I called up ‪#‎Sony‬ India customer care (Service Request # 15012201077) which I believe is worlds worst customer care. Even the domestic customer service centres in India is par better than Sony customer care team. Those customer care representatives in Sony does not know the meaning of politeness, professionalism and customer handling. Everyone I spoke to was rude and most often the call was placed on hold multiple times and disconnected abruptly. Promised call back was never honoured. Few experts were struggling to speak in English. I still cant believe that I had these poor experience from Sony!!!.
Sony never seem to listen to its customers. I ‘ve seen a thousand customer reviews where customers had complained about this self cracking screen issue and that they would never buy another product from Sony because of the poor make and pathetic customer support experience and I have to agree with them. I strongly suspect that it is a play by Sony to get more money by creating cheap quality display which cracks even if you keep it in your pocket and then later asking customers to pay half the amount of the phone to get the display replaced. Today I called up the customer service centre again and was asked to pay a discount price of Rs:9000 to replace the display. Even if I am ready to pay can Sony guarantee that the issue may not happen again.
I am still wondering why a company like Sony is never concerned about its customers. Why Sony is not addressing the self cracking issue with one of their so called flagship phone when it is a know issue. It is not one or two customers who had this issue, thousands of customers had the same issue which proves the poor making and quality and Sony should take the responsibility and ownership to provide a resolution to its customers. If not Sony will be soon a Story. I am still in shock and do not know where to complaint and what to do about this issue. Any positive advice would be really appreciated.
